Bakanımız Sn. Süleyman Soylu, tasarım çalışmaları ve pilot üretimi başarıyla tamamlanan yerli pasaportun seri üretimi için son aşamaya gelindiğini açıkladı.
Bakanımız Sn. Süleyman Soylu, Nüfus ve Vatandaşlık İşleri Genel Müdürlüğünde düzenlediği basın toplantısında yerli üretim e-Pasaport ile yeni e-Sürücü belgesi ile e-Mavi kartın tanıtımını yaptı.Halen yeni nesil çipli pasaportların 2018'den itibaren kullanıldığını hatırlatan Soylu, bu pasaportların Avrupa'daki bir firmadan temin edildiğini belirtti.
Dünyada çip tedarik krizinin yaşandığını ifade eden Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, pasaportların alındığı firmanın da talepleri karşılamada sıkıntılar yaşadığını dile getirdi. Soylu, daha önceki tedarik edilen stoklarla bu konuda herhangi bir sıkıntı yaşanmaması için çaba gösterildiğini söyledi.
Çip tedariğindeki sıkıntılar nedeniyle Avrupa'daki birçok ülkenin eski pasaportlara geri döndüğüne işaret eden Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, "Nüfus ve Vatandaşlık İşleri Genel Müdürlüğü ile Hazine ve Maliye Bakanlığı Darphane ve Damga Matbaası Genel Müdürlüğünün çalışmasıyla dün Cumhurbaşkanımız da ifade etti, yeni yerli e-Pasaport tasarım çalışmalarını ve pilot üretimi başarıyla tamamladık. Seri üretim için son aşamadayız. Sayın Cumhurbaşkanımız da dün açıkladılar inşallah ağustos ayında kendi e-Pasaportumuzu kendimiz üreteceğiz." bilgisini paylaştı.
Birçok güvenlik kodunun pasaportlara yerleştirildiğini ifade eden Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, yeni yerli pasaportun, barındırdığı güvenlik özellikleri ve teknolojisiyle çok sayıda yenilik taşıdığını kaydetti.
Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, sözlerini şöyle sürdürdü:
"Yeni yerli e-Pasaportumuz TÜBİTAK AKİS işletim sistemli temassız çipe ve birçok yeni güvenlik öğesine sahiptir. Ayrıca yeni yerli e-Pasaportta Sayın Cumhurbaşkanımızın talimatlarıyla ilk kez 'Turkey' ifadesi yerine 'Türkiye' ifadesi yer alacaktır. Tasarımı özgün bir tasarımdır. Pasaportun her sayfasında ülkemizin farklı şehirlerine ait tarihi, kültürel ve manevi değerlerine yönelik görseller, şehre özel, her şehre ait özel bitki görseli yer alacak. Ayrıca yeni e-Pasaportlarda, daha önce 5 yıl olan yeşil pasaport geçerlilik süresi, yeni nesil yerli e-Pasaportla 10 yıla çıkıyor."
Yeni yerli pasaportları gösteren Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, pasaportun orta sayfasında Ayasofya-i Kebir Camii Şerifi'nin fotoğrafının yer alacağını vurguladı.
Turkey Yerine Türkiye Yazacak
Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, 2016'dan itibaren yeni nesil sürücü belgesi kullanımına geçildiğini hatırlatarak, pasaportlarla birlikte ehliyetlerin yenilenmesinin de ele alındığını aktardı.
Sürücü belgelerinin de yeniden tasarlandığını anlatan Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, "Yeni e-Sürücü belgesi de temassız çip kullanılarak teknolojik yönden geliştirilmiş, güvenlik seviyesi en üst düzeye çıkarılmıştır." dedi.
Yeni sürücü belgelerinde de pasaportlarda olduğu gibi "Turkey" yerine ilk kez "Türkiye" ifadesinin kullanılacağını vurgulayan Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, mevcut ehliyette tek fotoğraf olduğunu, şimdi ise yeni ehliyette güvenlik açısından çift pencere yani çift fotoğraf kullanılacağını bildirdi.
Ehliyette yer alan otomobil logosunun "TOGG" olacağını söyleyen Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, sürücü belgelerinin güvenliğinin yüksek seviyeye getirildiğini belirtti. Bakanımız Sn. Süleyman Soylu, "Herkes ehliyetini hemen değiştirme zorunda değil, diğer ehliyet süreleri bittiği anda değiştirilebilir. B sınıfı ehliyetlerde 10 yıl, ağır vasıtada 5 yıl bir süreç var bittiği zaman ve yeni alınan ehliyetlerde bu ehliyet Türkiye'nin yeni ehliyeti olarak kullanılmış olacak." diye konuştu.
Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, doğumla Türk vatandaşı olup sonradan çeşitli nedenlerle vatandaşlıktan çıkanlara ve bu kişilerin üçüncü dereceye kadar olan yakınlarına "kağıt malzeme" ile yapılan mavi kartın da biyometrik verileri barındıran, temassız çipe sahip, yüksek güvenlikli e-Mavi karta dönüştürüleceğini dile getirdi.
Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, kimlik kartlarındaki çip değişiminin de darphane, TÜBİTAK ile Nüfus ve Vatandaşlık İşleri Genel Müdürlüğünce sağlanacağını sözlerine ekledi.
Macaristan İle Yeni Anlaşma
Bir gazetecinin sorusu üzerine Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, "Biz yeni e-Pasaportları basmaya ağustostan itibaren başlayacağız. Hem ehliyet hem mavi kart hem de pasaport için var olanlar kullanılacak. Süresi bittiğinde, yenilenme ihtiyacı duyulduğunda yenileme sağlanacak. Kimseyi zorlamıyoruz. Yeni pasaport çıkarmak isteyenler ağustostan itibaren bu pasaportları çıkaracaklar. Biz diğer pasaportlardaki stoklarımızı da kullanacağız. Kendi pasaportumuzu da bastıracağız. Böylece bir pasaport sıkıntısı yaşamamış olacağız." ifadesini kullandı.
Macaristan ile pasaport basımı konusunda bir sözleşme imzalanacağını bildiren Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, "Macaristan ile birbirimize bir yedekleme konusunda görüşüyoruz. Burada pasaport basma merkezlerinde herhangi bir sıkıntı olduğunda ya da onlarınkinde olduğunda, biz onların pasaportunu onlar da bizim pasaportumuzu basabilme kabiliyetine sahip olunacak. Macaristan ile uzun zamandan beri çalışıyoruz." diye konuştu.
Bakanımız Sn. Soylu, açıklamalarının ardından gazetecilerle birlikte pasaportların, ehliyetlerin ve kimliklerin basıldığı yerleri inceledi.
